Our 3S-10S80A lithium battery protection board is a high-quality product meticulously crafted to provide comprehensive and efficient protection for lithium battery packs, ensuring safer and longer-lasting battery use.

**High Current Carrying Capacity:**

The 80A high current carrying capacity design fully meets the needs of scenarios with high power demands, such as electric scooters and small electric vehicles. Even under high load operation, it ensures stable current transmission, providing strong power support while effectively preventing damage to the protection board or battery failure due to excessive current.

**Precise Equalizing Charging:**

Features advanced equalizing charging functionality that automatically detects and balances the voltage of each battery cell. During charging, when the voltage difference between a battery cell and other cells reaches a set value, the protection board automatically activates the equalizing circuit, ensuring that each battery is fully charged and its voltage is consistent. This significantly improves the overall performance and lifespan of the battery pack, avoiding capacity degradation and safety hazards caused by battery imbalance.

**Precise Equalizing Charging:**

Equipped with advanced equalizing charging functionality, it automatically detects and balances the voltage of each battery cell. Intelligent Temperature Management: Built-in temperature sensor monitors the temperature of the protection board and battery pack in real time. When the temperature exceeds the safe range, it automatically adjusts the charging and discharging current or cuts off the circuit to prevent dangers such as battery fires and explosions caused by overheating, providing reliable temperature protection for battery use.

Wiring precautions:
1. Installing the protective board requires a certain amount of technical electronic knowledge.
2. When wiring, first connect the B- wire at the soldering pad position to the total negative terminal of the battery (the B- wire should be soldered to a short and thick wire) and solder the wired terminal to the battery pack first, and then insert the protective plate.
3. The connection between the battery terminal B- and the protection board terminal B- should be short and thick, otherwise it will cause the protection board to charge and discharge in advance and malfunction.

4. You need to use thick wires when wiring P+/P-. Wires that are too thin and too long will burn the board!
